The first time I ordered from Plastic Products ("PPM") was in 1997. I began working with Jackie and came to value her and PPM as my problem solvers. It was not just, "Do you have this product and how soon can you get it to me?" but "Here's what I want to do-what can you do to help me?" Jackie always brought me solutions. In the years since then I have had several job changes, but continued to call upon PPM whenever the need arose, and the quality and service was the same each time.

Because my current employer already had a plastics vendor, I lost touch with PPM for a few years. However, a situation arose with that particular vendor recently, leaving us in a jam: we had no product, and time was running out. I called PPM and they took care of my problem. There were no hassles and no lag time, just immediate, friendly, and accurate service. Jackie and the entire PPM staff are simply the best.
