SILK SCREEN ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
COLORS
Specify the colors that are required. Either standard colors or custom PMS colors. Standard PMS ink colors are: Black, White, Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Pantone red (Warm Red), Pantone Purple, Pantone Violet, Pantone Green (CMS Green) and Pantone Yellow (Lemon Yellow).

FILE SETUP/GRAPHICS FORMATS
Graphics should be supplied in either TIFF or EPS formats only. (Important) when saving TIFF files, do not use LZW compression. Do not send JPEG or GIF files. Art should be scanned at 300 dpi. Any file with a resolution of 72 dpi must be 3 to 4 times larger than the final size. Do not use gradients of screens.
All fonts must be included or converted to outlines/curves which is the preferred method. Most silk screening is done in spot colors and must be color separated. (Pantone Specified), no process colors.
CAMERA READY ARTWORK
Camera ready artwork is any flat, color separated black and white artwork that is to be reproduced exactly as submitted. Photocopies, Business Cards, Faxes, Letterheads, etc. are not considered camera ready artwork.
ACCEPTABLE STORAGE MEDIA MAC OR PC
Computer generated artwork (Vector or Pixel) is preferred and can be supplied on removable media or forwarded via e-mail. Acceptable removable media are CD or Flash Drive. E-mail goes to sales@plasticproductsmfg.com.
