Dear Valued Customer:
We are pleased to consider your application for Credit Terms of Net 30 Days. Providing this type of billing for our loyal wholesale customers is just another way we like to show our commitment to you and the appreciation we have for your patronage. In many ways, it’s our credit customers who end up being the ones we see again and again over the years. We hope this credit arrangement will make it easier for you to do business and be successful.
Here’s what we’ll need you to do:
• Print the Application for credit and the bank inquiry form below. (Page 1 must be filled out completely, you may attach a prepared Trade Reference Listing in lieu of page 1)
• Complete the Credit Application and bank inquiry form.
• Fax the application back to us with your purchase order for $500.00 or more.
• Please note that we cannot process your application until we receive a signed purchase order agreeing to Net 30 day payment.
The initial credit approval process typically takes 5 to 7 business days and depends upon the timeliness of response from your references. Please remember to include the appropriate fax numbers for your references. We cannot process the application without them.
Please take special note: We are unable to begin processing your order until the application process is complete. If your order is time sensitive, you should consider using a credit card for payment.
Once you have been approved for Credit Terms, your customer file will be updated. Any subsequent orders may be placed by calling us at 1-800-611-6466, faxing a purchase order to 1-714-524-8145 or ordering directly through our website. We do not accept purchase orders via e-mail.
